We ship all orders via UPS. While we strive for timely delivery, please note that we cannot control unexpected delays during transit. For missing packages, we will work directly with UPS to resolve the issue — investigations may take up to two weeks.


Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
  • Processing times exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
  • During product launches or sales events, processing may take longer.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

U.S. Shipping Options

  • UPS Ground: 2–7 business days from dispatch
  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day from dispatch

If you cannot locate your delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking. After this timeframe, we may be unable to assist.


International Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Processing time: 2–5 business days.
  • Delivery estimates (from processed date):
    • Express Shipping: typically 10+ business days
    • Standard Shipping: on average 3–4 business weeks (may vary due to customs)
